SCOTTY CAMERON GIVEAWAY RULES

By participating in the Golf Lounge Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to the following rules and terms:

1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside within the United States.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Golf Social Inc., including family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway consists of four rounds, with a new video posted weekly on the Golf Lounge Instagram account.
The Giveaway begins on March 4th and ends on April 2nd.
The winner will be announced during Masters week on April 8, 2025.

3. How to Enter
Each week, participants can enter by completing the following steps:
• Like the Giveaway video post on Instagram.
• Follow @golflounge.app on Instagram.
•Tag three (3) golf friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.
•Following the @golflounge.app Instagram account.
• Downloading the Golf Lounge app from the App Store or Google Play.

Bonus Entires:
•+5 extra entries – Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @golflounge.app.
•+1 extra entry – Comment your response to the weekly bonus question in the Giveaway post (e.g., “What’s your dream golf course to play?”).

4. Prize Details
If the organizer (Golf Lounge) finishes under par across all four rounds, the prize will be a brand-new Super Select Newport Scotty Cameron Putter.
If the organizer finishes over par, the prize will include the putter + surprise Golf Lounge merchandise & golf accessories.
No purchase is necessary. The winner will not be required to pay for shipping or claim fees.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on April 8, 2025, via the Golf Lounge Instagram account and contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram.
The winner must respond within 48 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility (e.g., age verification) before claiming the prize.

6. General Terms
By entering, you agree that Golf Social Inc. and Golf Lounge are not responsible for any technical issues, entry failures, or service interruptions affecting submissions.
The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Golf Social Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or technical issues.
Any fraudulent activity (e.g., bot entries, fake accounts) will result in disqualification.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.
By participating, entrants release Instagram from any liability related to the Giveaway. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

7. Privacy
Participants’ information will be used solely for the purposes of the Giveaway and in accordance with Golf Lounge's privacy policy.
